Targeted Individuals or TI's, are victims of organized, secret, and malicious persecution. They are being harrassed and monitored by a large, coordinated group of people cornered in a raid.
Many Targeted Individuals are victims of "electronic harassment" or "psychotronic torture". Malicious actors are using invisible technology- such as microwaves, radar, and brain-computer interfaces to transmit sounds directly into their heads, read their thoughts, and cause physical pain. While many Targeted Individuals believe their harassers are government agencies, we have been told that these groups are employed by a large family that has been utilizing these weapons since World War 2. This large family, who has these neuroweapons in their possession, are cornered in a raid organized by a group amassed during World War 2.
Havana Syndrome is one aspect of these neuroweapons that this group is utilizing. We believe that the group attacking Targeted Individuals is the same group responsible for the Havana Syndrome Attacks on government employees over the last 10 years.
In a country and in a world where thousands of Targeted Individuals have been ostracized for speaking out and reporting Havana Syndrome like attacks and crimes to the government, we wanted to extend a branch to every single person on earth. Our communities and the US government are stuck in a cycle of denial so thick people are getting hurt and even worse.
We live in a world with the scientific method, a method that never cancels out. What are we doing? We are canceling Targeted Individuals and at the same time embracing the diplomats and government employees speaking out about attacks on their brains, ears and nervous systems. What an atrocity this is, what a travesty of justice this is, what a blunder this has become to treat the Targeted Individuals as mentally unfit and at the same time expediate the services and response for this group of government employees and diplomats.
As we pay tribute to Kitty Genovese, we consider the significant influence of her story alongside the shared memory of the 911 tragedy. Her legacy serves as a great reminder right now of the vital role that community vigilance play during challenging times. By embracing the "Never Again" mentality, we have pledged to prevent future tragedies. Except here we are, another tragedy. Thousands of targeted Individuals impacted by the stamina and lease. Thousands of individuals and families revoked from their rights of the U.S. Constitution while they watched the victims (government employees) of Havana Syndrome Attacks inundated with response from the US government.
The "No Tip Too Small" pledge that most made after 9/11, including the government, highlights that even the smallest tip to law enforcement or the government can significantly impact our communities, country and even other regions of the world. Others and myself cannot get this vital information to the proper department or individuals and this is an atrocity
We got this situation so wrong with Targeted Individuals that parts of Silicon Valley have BLOCKED any capabilities of creating content about Targeted Individuals or neuroweapons on AI. How are Targeted Individuals suppose to successfully petition the government in 2026? What a huge mistake, and a complete embarrassment that parts of Silicon Valley and the government are making right now, blacklisting individuals. While I feel wholehearted sorry for President Trump because of the timing of this fiasco, I am outraged that the White House email algorithm has blocked me from sending emails because I use the words neuroweapon and Targeted Individual when I write to the President, it seems.
I am in a pickle, I am being attacked by a group with a neuroweapon, they have tortured me profusely and have divulged a lot of important information to me and others that needs to be handed over to law enforcement. The U.S. government refuses to take the reports of Targeted Individuals seriously. Parts of Silicon Valley have blacklisted Targeted Individuals from creating content to pursue and petition the U.S. government and law enforcement about these Havana Syndrome like attacks on us, our families and others in our communities.
This is such an infringement of our constitutional rights that these Silicon Valley firms blacklisting Targeted Individuals should all go bankrupt including the federal government and state and local authorities who have all ostracized the Targeted Individuals throughout the last 30 years or more.
